Shipping Policy
We are a small business that focuses on quality and excellence. Once you place your order, your items are prepared fresh for you, which may take 1-2 days.
We post out orders Monday-Thursday so that teas and coffee are not held in Royal Mail storage facilities at unsuitable temperatures - we want your product tasting it's absolute best!
If you order on a Friday, your order will not be sent out until Monday morning.
When shipping we use Royal Mail tracked 48.
You can upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout.
A lot of thought has been put into our packaging, not only have me made the most environmentally friendly choices we can, we wanted to get as much as possible through your letterboxes! Our 50g & 100g tea pouches, and 180g & 250g coffee pouches will all fit through your letterbox.

If you select the compostable packaging pouches, they are 100% compostable - even the label is compostable. You can add them to your garden compost or place them in your food waste recycling and they will break down within 10-12 weeks.

Our postage boxes and bags are 100% recyclable cardboard and can be recycled through your curb-side recycling.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please let us know. We will be more than happy to resolve the situation with a replacement or refund.
