THE CANOPY

High in the tropical forest canopy of Brazil, the Toucan navigates the treetops. Its brightly coloured bill serves a vital purpose, regulating the bird's body temperature in the equatorial heat while playing a key role in dispersing seeds across the forest floor. The Toucan is one of nature's great circular thinkers, taking what it needs and giving something back without ever being asked to. Descafe Nado carries that same philosophy. You receive everything a great coffee should provide and nothing you did not ask for.

FROM THE PLANET

While some decaffeination methods rely on chemical solvents, the Swiss Water Process uses nothing but water, activated charcoal filters, and time. This method removes over 99.9 percent of caffeine while leaving the natural flavour compounds intact. It is the only decaffeination method that is both chemical-free and organic certified. Brazilian Arabica, grown on elevated farms in the Cerrado and Sul de Minas regions, produces beans with the natural body and sweetness that makes decaf genuinely satisfying.
