THE BLEND

Sweet spearmint and peppermint leaves blended with rosehip, ginger, rooibos, hibiscus, rose, calendula and osmanthus petals. Refreshing, naturally sweet and softly grounding. A caffeine-free blend that suits any hour of the day and makes no demands of the one drinking it.

THE BLOOM

In Ayurvedic practice, the garden was never ornamental. Every plant had a purpose. The healer walked these paths in the early morning when the dew was still on the petals and the light was the particular shade of pink that only exists in the hour before the day has properly begun. The flowers here are large and unhurried. They have not been arranged for anyone. They grow the way things grow when they are not being watched, reaching toward warmth without urgency, opening at their own pace. The lavender softens into the rose. The rose softens into the blue. Nothing is competing. Everything is simply present. There is a quality of balance in a garden like this that has nothing to do with symmetry. It comes from the fact that everything here is exactly what it is, and nothing is asking to be anything else.

FROM THE PLANET

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of botanical medicine developed over five thousand years, has guided this blend from the first ingredient to the last. The combination of peppermint (Mentha piperita) and spearmint (Mentha spicata) draws from two distinct members of the mint family, each chosen for what the other cannot provide. Peppermint, cultivated across England's Mitcham region and India's Himalayan foothills, contributes menthol, the naturally occurring compound studied for its digestive comfort and cooling clarity. Spearmint, grown across the Mediterranean, contributes carvone, its sweeter and softer counterpart, traditionally used in Ayurvedic practice for its gentle digestive and cooling qualities. Ginger (Zingiber officinale), sourced from Kerala's spice-growing lowlands, contains gingerols, the bioactive compounds responsible for its natural warmth and its long-documented role in Ayurvedic and Chinese traditional medicine for circulation and digestive support. Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), cultivated across Egypt and Sudan's Nile corridor, contributes hibiscin, an anthocyanin compound studied for its association with circulatory health. Rose petals from Morocco's Dadès Valley carry geraniol, the aromatic compound central to rose's long Ayurvedic role as a botanical for emotional balance and the cooling of excess heat. Calendula, grown across the botanical farms of Germany and North Africa, contributes isorhamnetin, a flavonoid studied for its antioxidant and restorative properties. Rosehip, central to the Ayurvedic tradition of Rasayana, the practice of restorative botanicals, adds a natural sweetness and depth that holds the blend together. Osmanthus petals, sourced from the cultivated gardens of Guilin in China's Guangxi province, close the cup with beta-ionone, the compound responsible for their distinctive soft apricot note. They are the most unexpected ingredient here and, for those who notice them, quietly the most memorable.

Circular thinking: your caddy is built to be refilled. When the blend runs out, the artwork stays. Order a refill pouch and keep going. Your packaging choice matters to us so we offer two options: certified home compostable pouches that break down naturally in 10 to 12 weeks, or our I'm Green recyclable pouches made from sugarcane. Both are better than single use. Neither belongs in landfill. Everything else in your order, from the tissue paper to the tape, is either compostable or recyclable.
