A full roast espresso blend of three speciality Arabica origins, each selected for what it brings to the whole. Full-bodied and complex, with hints of honey-washed nougat and dark chocolate, smooth and fresh. This selection is crafted to hold up perfectly with milk while drinking just as well black.
THE RAINFOREST
Above the ancient rainforests of the Indonesian archipelago, the Javan Hawk Eagle rules the sky with a feathered crown. It moves with complete intention through a landscape that has been forming since long before anyone thought to name it. The eagle is adapted entirely to the dense canopy below, where the trees are older than most of human history and the biodiversity runs deeper than any scientist has yet fully mapped. Jazira Rasa translates as the Flavour of the Islands, and the blend honours that breadth. Three different growing traditions and three different landscapes are brought together in a single cup.
FROM THE PLANET
Indonesian Arabica from Sumatra and Java provides the earthy, full-bodied foundation that gives this blend its weight and depth. Ethiopian beans lift it with their natural sweetness and floral complexity, while Indian Arabica, grown in the shade of the Western Ghats, adds structure and a clean finish. Full roasting draws out the rich chocolate and nougat character while preserving the natural sweetness that honey-washing brings. Coffee is one of the most studied dietary sources of natural antioxidants. Studies suggest that regular moderate consumption may support cardiovascular health and sustained energy. Arabica, lower in caffeine than Robusta, delivers a balanced lift.
