THE PHOENIX
Heat is a catalyst for change. The air here is thick with a convection of gold and amber, where feathers of pure light extend into the dark like reaching flames. A legendary bird dominates the center, its plumage a spectrum of white heat and burning orange that refuses to be contained by the frame. Spirals of embers rise and curl in the background, trailing brilliant sparks through a landscape of deep crimson and violet shadows. There is a sense of immense, coiled energy in the posture of the head, a focal point of sharp intelligence and unblinking focus. Nothing here is static. The light is constantly moving, shifting from the core of the wings out to the edges of the horizon, lighting a world that is being born again from its own embers.
FROM THE PLANET
Turmeric (Curcuma longa), the golden root at the heart of this blend, contains curcumin, a polyphenolic compound traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for over four thousand years. Studies suggest curcumin supports a healthy inflammatory response and may assist in joint mobility and metabolic function. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum), sourced from North Africa and the Mediterranean, contains 4-hydroxyisoleucine, an amino acid studied for its role in supporting healthy blood sugar regulation. Sea-buckthorn, harvested from the high-altitude regions of the Himalayas and the coastal dunes of Europe, is a rare botanical source of palmitoleic acid, known as Omega-7. Traditionally used for Tibetan and Mongolian medicine, it provides an exceptional density of vitamins and flavonoids. Pomegranate pieces contribute punicalagins, unique ellagitannins studied for their association with cardiovascular function and cellular resilience. Sage (Salvia officinalis) and Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) contribute essential oils such as 1,8-cineole and alpha-pinene. Sage and rosemary each bring their own long-documented associations with vitality and circulation. Eucalyptus provides a clearing aromatic layer, while St John’s Wort, jasmine, safflower and calendula petals add a complex botanical finish. Apple pieces provide the natural pectin and sweetness that anchors the blend.

HOW TO BREW
Water temperature: 95 to 100 degrees C. Freshly boiled. Quantity: 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, approximately 2.5g. Steep time: 4 to 5 minutes. Caffeine free. Best enjoyed in the morning to maximize the warming character of the turmeric and fenugreek.
