Across the rocky terrain of South Asia, the Indian Leopard Gecko moves through volcanic rubble, parched soil and sharp ridgelines with a calm efficiency. It possesses a quiet resilience, navigating these challenging landscapes with an extraordinary grace. This presence reflects a blend that draws strength from three continents, emerging as a harmonious whole.
FROM THE PLANET
Brazilian Arabica provides the broad, chocolate-heavy body that anchors the blend. El Salvadoran beans, honey-washed by local farmers in the traditional Central American method, introduce a natural caramel sweetness. Indian Arabica, grown in the shade of the Western Ghats, adds structure and a clean finish. Full roasting unlocks the deepest flavour compounds, developing the rich chocolates and caramels essential to a classic espresso. Arabica coffee at this roast level is associated in research with high antioxidant activity and the sustained sharpened focus that has made coffee a cultural ritual for generations. Studies suggest the presence of natural chlorogenic acids and diterpenes may support cellular protection as part of a balanced lifestyle.

HOW TO BREW
Available as whole beans, ground for espresso, filter, cafetiere, moka pot and Aeropress.
At its best as espresso, a flat white or an Americano. The full body and low acidity make it one of the most approachable coffees in the range for milk-based drinks.
