Caffeine stimulates and increases the release of dopamine in your brain, which is the chemical that causes you to feel happy. Caffeine also blocks mood-depressing receptors in the brain that cause fatigue and depressed mood.

 

Yes, coffee, at least the kind with caffeine, can literally make you happier!

 

The greatest mental health benefits come from drinking at least two cups of coffee per day. From a study carried out by Harvard University, those who drank at least 2 cups of coffee per day experienced a 32% lower prevalence of self-reported depression than people who did not drink coffee. 

So, with all happiness by just drinking two cups of coffee a day, be kind to yourself and feed your soul with a delicious, creamy, silky-smooth coffee!
